This site is amazing. You simply check off what you want, leave blank what you don't and it generates your birth plan up by categories. (Labor, Delivery, After Delivery, Breastfeeding etc.) It also includes possible scenarios such as, what your wishes will be if a C-Section becomes necessary.
After it is generated you can C&P it into a word pad and reword or add more detail for items that you feel aren't thorough enough.
