Can I get DD to stop groping?

 My DD is a twidler, it doesn't matter if she's nursing or not. If I pick her up, her hand automaticly goes down my shirt, lol. I find it mildly irritating at home, but I really hate it in public.  She doesn't seem to care who's boob it is eather, she will do it to any female who picks her up...ok, yeah it's pretty funny,  but it does make people uncomfortable, lol
 Yesterday she did it to her big Sister who just had a baby, and has sore boobies.

When my youngest did this, it was thankfully a fairly short phase. I tried to stop it immediately with a no! and a removal of his hand, while distacting him with something else and trying not to show too much af a reaction. After awhile, he lost interest, as it wasn't a "game". I really can't remember how old he was though. I think it may have started as curiosity.
